Palm Avenue Station Area Public Design Charrettes

The first of two public design charrettes was held at the Tampa Heights Junior Civic Association on January 15 from 10am-2:30pm. The purpose of the charrette was to share information about the HART TOD Pilot Project, explore strategies to guide land use and development, and share ideas for the community's future. The presentation from this charrette can be found in the Documents widget on the right-hand side of this page.

**The second design charrette will be held in-person on February 12, 2022, from 10AM - 2:30PM at the Tampa Heights Junior Civic Association, 2005 N Lamar Ave. More info coming soon.**

Additionally, planning is underway for a Virtual Workshop to take place in late February. More info coming soon.
